Before the next annual meeting, we deem it useful to know the problems encountered in the treatment of cystic fibrosis in Calabria. We want to hear personal experiences on:
1. development of the Centre (with the hospital restructuring of the Calabria region is to understand where the regional center will be located)
2. supply of drugs (as is the case, the times and problems encountered)
3. provision of aids for treatment (as if in hospital pharmacies, the time and trouble)
4. practice in disability and handicap
5. care of disabled family members and problems at work

would be interesting to know both the problems and practices in which patients undergo to get what is due at the place of residence.
All items we receive will be used to set the agenda for action at the regional level, both central and peripheral, this year. We found that the first procedure is necessary to hear the experiences of all the field of health care because the problems are many and why it is reasonable to focus on certain objectives at a time until reaching the desired results.
