-November 28 Charity auction of International Inner Wheel in Crotone


The International Inner Wheel, District 211, - Club Crotone - promoted rod b eneficenza the November 28, 2010, at 17, at the Lido of rocks Crotone.

The proceeds will go looking for Cystic Fibrosis Rotary project and the "Alma Mater".





Cystic Fibrosis , or cystic fibrosis, the disease is
the most common fatal inherited genetic
Caucasian population . It causes infections
recurrent pulmonary, pancreatic insufficiency,
liver cirrhosis, intestinal obstruction and infertility
male. Thanks to advances in Research and
care, children born today with this
disease have an expected average life of 40
years and over, but not beyond childhood
several decades. In Italy are diagnosed
about 200 new cases per year.

Alma Mater (2010-2011)
E 'a project of the Rotary Club - Crotone and
aimed at mothers of terminally ill patients. The first
need is to allow them to stay next to their
children. Many Italian hospitals have pediatric wards
provided for housing and local recreation centers.
Alma Mater can intervene where these structures
missing and provide counseling and
working mothers often lose their jobs
to be near their children.
